Classes convene at the Education Center of:
National Tropical Botanical Garden

Itinerary: Note: Class are held from 10am to 4pm daily. Students are welcome to arrive from 9 am on and stay later in the afternoon.
10th, Sunday -- Daytime arrival for those staying at the Garden. Meet and greet at the NTBG Education Center at 3 pm. Optional barbeque dinner afterward (BYOB). Please let us know if you will be attending the barbeque so we know how much food to buy.
11^th, Monday – Arrive at the garden between 9 am and 9:30 am. Class begins at 10 a.m. Afternoon tour of McBryde Garden with Dr. Burney.
12^th, Tuesday – class all day. Brief afternoon tour of herbarium with Tim Flynn and rare book/botanical art collection with Rick Hanna.
13^th, Wednesday – class all day. Lunchtime lecture by Dr. Burney on Botany for the Botanical Artist.
14^th, Thursday – outdoor drawing class, weather permitting (bring a beach chair if you have one available)
15^th, Friday – optional field trip to Limahuli Garden and the Farmers’ Market. Tour of Limahuli Garden and Preserve, during public mini-workshop.
16^th, Saturday – free day
17^th, Sunday – free day
18^th, Monday – class in morning. Afternoon for more individual time in library and herbarium, followed by tour of Allerton House, sunset on Lawai Kai beach, and dinner on the terrace. Performance and short hula lesson by Sabra Kauka and her hula halau.
19^th, Tuesday – class all day
20^th, Wednesday – class all day
21^st, Thursday – class in morning. 2-4 p.m. Open Studio, to show your work to friends, family, staff, and NTBG members.
22^nd, Friday – Class all day. Evaluations.
23^rd, Saturday – Morning class. Optional picnic and field trip to Makauwahi Cave and Maha`ulepu Beach.
24^th, Sunday -- departures
